Specialty dog shows are events that feature just a single breed, or the varieties of one breed. There are about 2,000 national, regional, and local specialty shows every year.

The breed’s national parent club typically holds the national specialty or “the national” annually. At the national, fans of the breed gather year after year to share their knowledge and passion, and to bring their best dogs to compete.

 

The 2024 ATCA National Specialty Week is April 9 through April 14, 2024, in Perry Georgia.  The National Specialty Packet is posted on the ATCA website at:  https://australianterrier.org/upcoming-national-specialty/  You will find information about making Hotels RV Rental, and RV Parking with for information to come.  There is NO Host Hotel.

There are also ATCA supported entries with the Kennel Clubs in the Peach Blossom Cluster.

There is no better place to learn about your Australian Terrier than at the Specialty Show.  It’s where dedicated fans of the breed meet together year after year, sharing their knowledge and passion and bringing their best dogs to compete.

Supported Entry shows are also a great place to meet owners and breeders who will be more than happy to talk with you and introduce their dogs  after they have shown them in the ring.
